2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old; and that you are not purchasing for anyone under the age of 18; and
Are purchasing solely for in-vitro laboratory research use on behalf of a research organisation, educational institution, or for legitimate personal laboratory research.
Imperial Sciences reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who does not meet these requirements.
3. Research Use Only (RUO) – Legal Restrictions
All products supplied by Imperial Sciences are classified as Research Use Only (RUO) materials.
Accordingly, you agree that:
Products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, administration, application, or diagnostic or therapeutic use.
Products must not be used in vivo, in clinical settings, cosmetic procedures, or wellness applications.
Products must not be mislabelled, repackaged, distributed, or resold as medicines, medical devices, injectables, treatments, or supplements.
Products must only be used in accordance with applicable UK laboratory safety regulations, including COSHH and GLP where relevant.
Any misuse of products is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to review, verification, and acceptance.
Imperial Sciences may request additional information to verify research use.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant providers
5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
VAT will be applied where required under UK law.
Pricing may be updated at any time without notice.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Delivery estimates are guidelines only and may vary.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
At present, We ship exclusively within Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) Northern Ireland is excluded.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the specialist nature of RUO reagents:
Returns cannot be accepted once an order has been dispatched.
Refunds are granted only where goods are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied (see Refund Policy).
8. Buyer Responsibilities
By purchasing from Imperial Sciences, you accept full responsibility for:
The safe handling, storage, and disposal of all products.
Ensuring all materials are used only for lawful research purposes.
Complying with all relevant UK regulations, including chemical handling and laboratory safety requirements.
Imperial Sciences accepts no liability for misuse, improper handling, or unlawful use of its products.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Imperial Sciences shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products
Any damages arising from unauthorised or improper use
Any reliance on website content or product descriptions for applications outside RUO scope
Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product(s).
10. Indemnity
The Buyer agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Imperial Sciences, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, regulatory actions, and legal costs arising from:
Misuse of Products
Human or veterinary administration
Breach of these Terms
Misrepresentation of Buyer information
Illegal activities or regulatory breaches by the Buyer
This clause survives termination of these Terms.
11. Regulatory Changes & Product Suspension
We reserve the right to:
Suspend, restrict, or cancel supply of any Product
Cancel pending orders
Amend Product availability
If:
The Product becomes regulated, prohibited, or restricted by MHRA, UK law, or international law
We suspect the Product may be diverted for human or veterinary use
Safety or compliance concerns arise
Refunds may be provided at our discretion in such cases.

All website content is for informational purposes only.
No information on this website constitutes medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary advice.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of website content is prohibited.

All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
