All products supplied by Imperial Sciences are classified strictly as Research Use Only (RUO) materials. They are not intended for human consumption, human or animal administration, medical, therapeutic, or clinical use, diagnostic or veterinary procedures, cosmetic or wellness applications, or any in vivo use under any circumstances. Products must only be used in controlled laboratory research settings by individuals competent in the safe handling of research chemicals.

Not Medicines or Medical Devices

None of our products should be regarded, described, marketed, repackaged, supplied, or used as medicines, medical devices, injectables, treatments, or food supplements under UK law. Imperial Sciences does not supply products for therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic purposes.

Buyer Responsibility & Compliance

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring the lawful use of all products, for their safe handling, storage, and disposal, and for compliance with all relevant UK regulations, including COSHH and applicable laboratory safety standards. The purchaser is also responsible for verifying that each product is suitable for their intended research application. Imperial Sciences assumes no liability for misuse, improper handling, unsafe storage, unlawful use, or any outcome resulting from applications beyond RUO scope.

No Returns Policy

Due to the specialist and perishable nature of research materials, and in accordance with UK consumer law exemptions for bespoke or sensitive goods, we do not accept returns once a product has been dispatched. Refunds are only available in cases of damage, incorrect supply, or quality issues, as outlined in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

UK-Based Customers
